My work draws on a blend of somatic sexology, sexological bodywork, pelvic care, integrative bodywork, STREAM scar tissue remediation, nervous system literacy and education, emotional mapping, somatic therapy, breathwork, movement therapy, and reparative nutrition.

I take a holistically inclusive approach to embodiment, nervous system repair, and sexual wellbeing. While one-off sessions are absolutely available, consistency is generally what creates lasting change and relief.

Please note I do not offer sex work, sexual surrogacy, tantric massage, or erotic bodywork.
