RESERVOIR; A four-week descent into rest, replenishment, and eros in winter. Integrating Somatic Sexology + Traditional Chinese Medicine

In TCM, Winter is a season of replenishment, rest, revitalisation and slow restoration. This stands in contrast to the Gregorian New Year with it’s fervent call for renewal in the deepest part of winter.

We begin Monday Jan 12th at 7pm IST, with the second cohort of The Erotic Body. Four weeks of exploring the elemental with sexual wellness centred around our our inner estuaries and reservoirs.

Four weeks of tending to our bodies with nervous system centric care, somatic practices and TCM rituals. Tending our lymph, breasts, bladder, kidneys, blood and eros through the lens of TCM (traditional chinese medicine and somatic sexology with Somatic Sex Educators, Makia Mullen and Karen Egan.
