LET'S CONNECT

Sexology, Sex & Intimacy Coaching, and Sexual Wellness in Dublin

“We tend to think of the erotic as an easy, tantalizing sexual arousal. I speak of the erotic as the deepest life force, a force which moves us toward living in a fundamental way.” —Audre Lorde

Sexual wellbeing is a vital part of being human, it shapes how we relate, connect, create, and belong. When our sexual wellbeing is neglected, this can lead to tension, shame, disconnection, dissociation, and relational challenges. When tended with care, curiosity, and intention, it becomes a deep well of vitality, supporting embodiment, pleasure, confidence, and a profound sense of aliveness.

In my Somatic Sexology & Intimacy Coaching sessions, I offer holistic, trauma-informed support that integrates body, mind, emotions, and relational patterns. Through somatic practices, therapeutic guidance, coaching, and sexual education, I help clients reclaim sexual vitality, autonomy, and embodied confidence.

A WARM, ATTUNED, SHAME-FREE SPACE . . .

You won’t be lectured or “talked at.” Our work is conversational, collaborative, and attuned to your unique desires, boundaries, and intentions. HOW TO BOOK A SOMATIC SEXOLOGY OR SEX COACHING SESSION

Your first step is a Sexology, Sex & Intimacy Coaching Introductory Call, a relaxed, exploratory conversation where we focus on:

𖦹 What’s currently present for you
𖦹 Your desires, challenges, or questions
𖦹 The vision you have for your erotic, relational, or intimate life
𖦹 The kind of support you’re seeking
𖦹 What working together could look and feel like

I’ll also answer any questions you have and share more about my approach, so you can get a genuine sense of whether this work feels like a good fit. This session ensures alignment and clarity before moving into deeper coaching or somatic work.

Important: Please do not book a Bodywork, Massage, or Somatic Therapy session with the expectation it can become a Sexology or Coaching session. These sessions require a dedicated consult and intake process. Bookings made outside this process will be cancelled. Thank you for respecting this boundary.
