OFFERINGS

“We tend to think of the erotic as an easy, tantalizing sexual arousal. I speak of the erotic as the deepest life force, a force which moves us toward living in a fundamental way.”

Kink-Aware & Somatic Intimacy Coaching

Trauma-informed kink coaching and embodied intimacy support for individuals and couples exploring conscious sexuality.

I offer trauma-informed, somatic-based sexology and sex coaching sessions in Monkstown/Dún Laoghaire, Dublin, and online worldwide.

These sessions support individuals and couples in reconnecting with their sexuality, intimacy, and erotic wellbeing with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique story.

Sexual wellbeing is a vital part of being human. It shapes how we relate, connect, create, and belong. To ourselves, to others, and to the wider world. When our sexual wellbeing is neglected or constrained by shame, silence, or unresolved experiences, it can show up as tension, disconnection, numbness, dissociation, or relational challenges. When tended with care and intention, it becomes a deep well of vitality. Supporting our embodiment, pleasure, confidence, and sense of aliveness.

MY APPROACH

My approach is playful, curious, and deeply respectful. These sessions are not clinical, prescriptive, or performance-focused. We work slowly, building rapport and trust together. You won't be lectured. Instead, sessions feel natural, conversational, collaborative, and responsive to your unique desires, stories, boundaries, identities, and intentions.

Together, we create a space where your erotic self can unfold safely and organically, at your own pace. This work honours consent, nervous system regulation, and personal agency. While recognising that our sexuality is shaped not only by pleasure, but by our culture, relationships, trauma histories, and lived experiences.

Sessions draw on my education in Somatic Sexology, Sexological Bodywork, Somatic Sex and Intimacy Coaching, Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Trauma-informed Coaching, Gottman Method principles, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and Holistic Sex Education.

Sessions are suitable for individuals and couples of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures including those navigating monogamy, open relationships, kink, or non-traditional relational dynamics.
