I offer supportive, grounded mentorship for somatic practitioners, bodyworkers, massage therapists, sexological bodyworkers, and pelvic care providers who want guidance, assitance in complex or nuanced cases, ethical clarity, indepth skill refinement and deeper embodiment as a practitioner.
With over two decades of interdisciplinary hands-on in clinic practice, it’s my absolute joy to support fellow practitioners and bodyworkers in refining their touch skills, working safely with trauma (within scope of practice), understanding the subtle language of the nervous system, attuned care, holistic inclusion and deepening their own capacity to hold clients with integrity and consent-centered touch.

Grounding your work in clear ethics, consent, boundaries, and scope. Developing the capacity to work with complexity while maintaining practitioner integrity, relational safety, and self-regulation.

Developing touch as a form of listening and communication, rooted in anatomical and physiological literacy. Refining palpation, slowness, non-directive touch, presence-based hands-on and hands-in care, and relational attunement.
⫸ Physiological and Anatomical Literacy / Bodywork Skill Refinement
Deepening embodied understanding of anatomy, physiology, fascia, organs, fluids, bones, and neural pathways as living, perceptible systems. Whole-body fascial work; visceral and relational organ-based approaches; abdominal care and organ support; external pelvic work (pelvis, uterus, ovaries, bladder); cranial rhythms, fluid systems, breath, and heart dynamics. Intra-oral, TMJ, and jaw work. Body mapping and self-tending practices to refine practitioner awareness and interoception. ⫸ Somatic and Emotional Intelligence
Building nervous system awareness, emotional anatomy, and trauma-informed responsiveness. Learning to perceive how posture, breath, tissue tone, and sensation carry story and memory, and how to meet this material without force or interpretation. Refining discernment around invitation, support, and spacious presence. Exploring emotional somatics, relational attunement, transference, and countertransference.
⫸ Intuitive and Symbolic Perception
Strengthening embodied intuition and subtle perception while remaining anchored in physiology, consent, and relational safety. Learning to work skillfully with metaphor, symbolic language, and archetypal material as they arise in somatic practice.
⫸ Advanced Bodywork Training (accreditation pending to offer holistic practitioner and massage therapy certification for established practitioners) Internal pelvic work, including vulvar, vaginal, anal, and rectal bodywork; lymphatic breast massage; and internal scar tissue remediation and tending.
Each session will be anchored first in your own body, supporting integration through your felt experiences, reflections, and relational inquiry rather than performance or mastery.

I am a Dublin-based integrative bodyworker, massage therapist, somatic therapist, and sexologist with over 20 years and tens of thousands of hours of hands-on clinical experience. Grounded in trauma-informed, nervous-system literate practice, my work integrates anatomical precision, relational attunement, and somatic literacy to support practitioners in working with complexity in an ethical, regulated, and sustainable way.
These mentorships are designed for emerging and well-established practitioners seeking to deepen their capacity in pelvic care, massage therapy, bodywork, and somatic practice. Rather than offering formulaic techniques or rigid protocols, the emphasis is on nervous system responsiveness, consent-centered and precise touch, and the cultivation of embodied presence as the foundation for truly attuned care.
Mentorship sessions create space to explore clinical questions, practitioner boundaries, countertransference, and the subtle dynamics that arise when working with intimate, vulnerable, somatically-rich or emotionally layered material. Alongside this, I share hands-on and hands-in bodywork skills informed by a deep love of anatomy, physiology, and pathology supporting practitioners to refine how they offer their gifts, not just what they do.
Based in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin, I offer somatic mentorships and trainings that support practitioners across many modalities from massage therapy, bodywork, pelvic care, somatic therapy, end-of-life care, sexology and embodied healing disciplines.
